PLANNING
Planning is essential to ensure that your new home perfectly complements your land and your everyday needs. Taking the time to consider your lifestyle, preferences, and the unique characteristics of your property will lead to a more functional and enjoyable living space.
Our builder Peter will meet you on site to evaluate the site and discuss your needs and wants for your new home.
DESIGN
Welcome to our design service! We're here to help you with new home or renovation project.
Our team will prepare preliminary plans for your review and approval. After acceptance of the design, we will provide you with a preliminary quote for the build and begin the planning approval process through Development Application (DA), Construction Certificate (CC), Complying Development Certificate (CDC), and complete other necessary planning certificates, such as BASIX and statements of environmental effects. Your satisfaction is our priority as we move forward together

CONSTRUCTION
Before we begin the build, we will ask for your selections regarding various design components. Once we have your choices, we will provide you with a firm quote. Contracts can now be signed and the build begins. Throughout the project, you can expect regular updates on our progress to keep you informed every step the way.
POST CONSTRUCTION
The post-construction phase is the final stage of the project lifecycle. It begins after practical completion and formal handover to the client.
